Released 30 September 2026. Back to the changelog. UCP patch notes.
Changes
New: /bills and /fines now open one Money owed panel that explains every bill and fine: who issued it, what it is for, when it is due and what happens next, with the date. Pay one item, a selection or everything at once through the normal payment window.
New: New auto-pay in /autopay for utilities, tax and fines. Choose the account, a limit per payment, a monthly limit and an amount to always keep. Every automatic payment sends a receipt to your phone, and a fine under appeal is never paid automatically. If you had auto-pay on before, it stays on for utilities and tax.
New: Every time you log in or switch character, a summary shows what you owe: bench warrants, items with the court, overdue and due soon items, auto-pay problems and news on your appeals. Type /bills to open it.
New: Every item shows its court timeline: a final notice 3 days before it goes to the Superior Court, the date it is sent to the court (14 days after the due date) and the date a bench warrant would be issued (48 hours later). You are told by phone and email at each step. Paying everything a warrant covers withdraws it automatically.
New: Appeals are now a guided form in /appeal: choose your grounds, write your statement, add up to 5 evidence links and pick a hearing or a review on the papers. Your petition still posts to the court forum automatically, and the Appeals tab tracks the case, the hearing and the ruling, with a link to the forum thread.
New: Superior Court staff have a new /appeals docket to set hearings, record attendance, grant, reduce or dismiss appeals and ask for more information. Every ruling is applied straight away and posted to the forum.
New: Officers see Under appeal, With the court and Warrant tags on fines in the MDC, bench warrants list exactly what is owed, and ALPR shows BENCH WARRANT (UNPAID) for those cars.
Balance: Nothing is sent to court while you are away. If you have not played for 30 days your unpaid items are paused, and you get 7 days to pay when you come back. Tax is not billed while you are away.
Balance: Unpaid bills get a single 10% late fee 24 hours after the due date, and fines have no late fee. Fines are paid by bank or card; bills also take cash.
Balance: Phone and internet bills are paid like any other bill: by hand in /bills, or by turning on auto-pay for utilities.
Fixed: Tax paid from the bills panel now reache
