Changes
Balance: Property tax on homes and businesses in Los Santos is suspended until further notice. Paleto Bay, Blaine County and the rest of the state are taxed as before, and vehicle tax is unchanged.
New: Property on Coral Island now pays Coral Island property tax to the Government of Coral Island instead of the State, at 0.5% a year, a quarter of the State rate. It arrives as its own bill.
