Released 7 October 2026. Back to the changelog. UCP patch notes.
Changes
Fixed: Booking a Prescription Refill, Follow-up or Psychiatric appointment now takes you to the right conversation with the doctor. Before, every appointment type opened the same general menu.
New: At a refill appointment, or under It is about something ongoing, the doctor goes through your regular medication and issues your repeat there and then, or puts it back on repeat if it had stopped. Collect it with your ID card at the pharmacy or hospital counter the doctor names. If it is too early for the next supply, the doctor tells you the date.
New: If a condition on your record is wrong, tell the doctor One of the conditions on my record is wrong. The doctor reassesses it and marks it as recorded in error, or as resolved if you have recovered. Its repeat prescription and symptom reminders stop, and the change stays in your medical history. A condition that a hospital doctor diagnosed is referred back to them instead.
New: ESP doctors and staff can mark a condition as Entered in error with a reason, and the patient record in the ESP now shows resolved and entered in error conditions too.
Fixed: Asking for a doctor to look into something, a diagnosis and other longer outcomes no longer leave the consultation stuck on Doctor is thinking. If the doctor cannot finish your notes, you are told to see the doctor again.
