Balance: Forty-nine cars are cheaper at the dealerships so the car scene has a way in. Project cars like the Futo, Penumbra, Fusilade, Gauntlet and Dominator now sit at $25k or under. Scene cars like the Sultan RS, Elegy RH7 and RH8, Comet, Banshee, Buffalo S and Sentinel Classic land between $38k and $75k. The goal cars, Jester, Massacro, Sultan Classic, Coquette Classic and Carbonizzare, cap out around $120k to $130k. Supers and luxury are unchanged.
