Patch 2.66.0: Emergency scenes, 72 callouts, listening parties and a round of fixes

Changes from 21 September (automatic) (21 September 2026).

Released 26 September 2026. Back to the changelog. UCP patch notes.

Changes

  • New: EMS triage and casualty care. Casualties carry triage tags, treatments use kit items, and ambulances take patients to hospitals that surge when they get busy, with an incident board for crews.

  • New: Fire and utility incidents. Fires spread with fuel and wind, and crews can face structure fires, gas leaks, burst water mains, downed lines and blackout districts.

  • New: The emergency services portal for EMS and LSFD, with fire marshal licensing, inspections, closing buildings that are not up to code, and an audit log.

  • New: The ALPR was reworked. Every vehicle keeps a read history, hits show as blips and alerts, there is an in-car panel, and fleet vehicles show the unit they are assigned to.

  • New: NPC incidents and NPC 911 callers now fill the quiet periods.

  • New: Calls are worked on scene instead of clearing on their own. Talk to people, ask for ID, run a name, search, breathalyse, detain, arrest, take a statement or request EMS and fire. NPCs answer out loud, can lie about who they are, flee, fight back or comply.

  • New: 72 emergency callouts that you work by talking rather than through menus, wired into the MDC, the ALPR, K9 and phones.

  • New: Six new police calls, including armed robbery and vehicle theft, already in progress when you arrive.

  • New: NPCs from calls have citizen records. Run them on the MDC by name, phone, ID, plate or owner, and a false name given on scene will not match the record.

  • New: Arrested NPCs can be taken into custody in the back of a car, or picked up by a prisoner transport. Scene cleared is now a disposition every service can use.

  • New: Parked NPC cars across the map. Each one is registered to an NPC keeper on the MDC and can be stolen, searched and recovered.

  • New: Dead bodies stay as exact copies of the character, and can be examined and looted.

  • New: Weapons can be unloaded, and every round comes back.

  • New: Ammu-Nation counters, player-run weapon shops and a gunsmith bench.

  • New: Listening parties on every radio. A host and their DJs queue tracks, and everyone tuned in hears the same moment through car radios, boomboxes, property speakers and personal radios.

  • Content: Seventy five melee weapons, including bricks, brooms, sledgehammers, shovels and hockey sticks.

  • Content: Shell interiors for properties, each placed in the property's own space, with sixteen new shells.

  • New: T
