Changes
New: Every ATM has been rebuilt to look and work like a real cash machine. Walk up and the bank's welcome screen is waiting: insert your card, enter your PIN on a proper keypad with CANCEL, CLEAR and ENTER, and pick a service with the buttons beside the screen. Fast cash for $20, $50, $100, $200 and $500, any other amount in $10 notes, your balance, a mini statement of the last 8 transactions, cash deposits, transfers to your own accounts, a saved payee or any account number, changing your PIN and printed receipts. Your keyboard works too: numbers, Enter, Backspace and Esc.
New: ATMs now sound like ATMs: keypad beeps, the card reader pulling your card in and pushing it back out, the dispenser counting notes, the receipt printer, a chime when you are done, an error buzz, and a beep that keeps going until you take your card. People standing nearby hear the keypad and the cash being counted. The sounds follow your interface volume.
New: Your character now steps up to the machine, faces it and uses it with the proper animations, and holds the cash for a moment after a withdrawal before putting it away. Only one short /me is shown, "uses the ATM", and never the amount.
Balance: Cash withdrawals now carry a $5 ATM fee, paid straight to Fleeca Banking. The machine shows it before you confirm (Withdraw $200 · ATM fee $5 · Total from account $205), it is printed on your receipt, and your statement lists it as its own line, "ATM fee, Fleeca". If your balance cannot cover the amount plus the fee, the ATM tells you and nothing is taken. Deposits and balance checks stay free.
New: Each card now has a daily ATM cash limit of $20,000, shown on screen together with what is left today. It resets at midnight UK time. Three wrong PINs lock the card, and the ATM tells you how many tries are left before that happens. Frozen cards are refused at the machine, and an ATM that sits idle asks whether you need more time before returning your card.
New: Receipts: choose Print receipt after a transaction or a balance check and the ATM prints one you keep in your inventory and can read again at any time.
New: Staff: /createatm and /deleteatm still open the World Editor, which can now put an ATM out of service with a notice on its screen and set its brand. ATMs take the brand of the nearest bank branch on their own, so Maze Bank, Pacific Standard and Blaine County
