Roleplay Project is a text-based roleplay server on FiveM. Everyone you meet in the city is a real person playing a character they made up, and the point of the server is the stories those characters build together: jobs, friendships, businesses, crimes, court cases and everything in between. The pages in this section are written for someone who has never played here before and take you from creating an account to owning a phone, a bank account and a first job.
Read them in order. Each one is short, tells you exactly what to type or press, and ends with a worked example of a real scene so you can see what good play looks like before you try it.
The track
Joining the server: the account, the Discord link, installing FiveM, connecting and choosing where to spawn.
Your first day: the HUD, the tutorial, the first hour checklist, where the money comes from and how to ask for help.
Chat and roleplay basics: in character and out of character, /me and /do, whispers and shouts, and the rules that apply to talking.
Money and banking basics: cash and bank, ATMs and branches, paying people, cards and standing orders.
Finding a home: renting from the state or a landlord, buying with or without a mortgage, keys and furniture.
Getting a job: the public jobs, where each one starts, what it needs and what it pays, and how companies hire.
Your phone: buying a handset and a contract, the apps you will use every day, passcodes and losing the phone.
Where to go next
Once you are settled, the Guides section has one detailed page per system: fishing, hunting, trucking, banking, the phone, custody and the law, companies, properties and more. The Glossary explains the words players and staff use, and the Command reference lists every command on the server.
There are two servers, English and Balkan, and a few things differ between them: English and Balkan servers lists where each one runs its city services. Restarts and updates explains the daily update at 06:00 UK time and what happens to anything you are doing when it lands.
