Overview
Everything about how the game looks, sounds and responds to you lives in one panel: /settings. It opens on the tab you last used, every change previews live, and nothing is saved until you press Save, so you can experiment freely and press Escape to throw the changes away. The panel has eight tabs.
Tab | What is in it |
|---|---|
Audio | Seven volume sliders: Master, Radio, Boombox, Phone, Interface, TV and Ambient, plus a single switch that mutes every radio at once |
Notifications | One row per category of notification (bank, phone, faction, jobs, fishing and so on). Each can go to a toast, to chat or nowhere |
HUD | Which HUD elements show, their scale and position, and presets for a full, minimal or streaming layout |
Chat | Chat style (Default or SA-MP), font, size, box width and height, timestamps, which chat channels you see and filters for the ones you do not |
Controls | The Open keybinds button (every keybind, command bindings and the fixed activity keys) and the radial wheel editor |
Gameplay | Cinematic bars, streamer mode, vehicle and camera preferences |
Privacy | Who can see your online status, message you and send you Project Points |
Accessibility | Colour vision modes, reduced motion, larger text and a switch that removes flashing effects |
This page is the short version. Radio and settings walks every tab and every setting.

Moving a key
Open /settings, choose Controls and press Open keybinds, or type /keybinds to go straight to the keybind panel. Every action is listed by group (General, Wheels and Vehicle) with the key it currently uses, and the search box finds an action by name or by key. Click the action, press the key you want, and the row updates. If the key is already used, the panel tells you which action has it and keeps the old binding, and a row that shares its key with something else shows a warning. A row you have changed shows its default next to it. "Clear this key" leaves an action unbound; Reset to default on a row puts that one action back; Reset All puts every key back to the defaults on the Default keys page. Save when you are done.
The keys that cannot be moved are T (chat), Enter and Escape. Everything else, including F1 for the wiki, O for the player list, F2 for support and F6 for the MDC, is yours to move. The Fixed keys tab lists the keys that belong to an activity, such as hunting, a fishing boat or the helicopter camera. They cannot be changed and only do anything while that activity is on screen.
