Released 8 October 2026. Back to the changelog. UCP patch notes.
Changes
New: Dynasty 8 Real Estate now has its office in Paleto Bay. Look for the yellow Dynasty 8 Real Estate blip on the map, step onto the marker and press E to browse, rent and buy property.
Fixed: The Dynasty 8 desk no longer freezes your screen for several seconds when it opens. It now opens straight away with a loading view and the listings appear a moment later. Switching between Buy, Rent and Motels and typing in the search box are smooth again, and the list loads more properties as you scroll.
Fixed: The Dynasty 8 phone app no longer hangs when you open the Buy tab.
Fixed: If the listings cannot be loaded, the desk now says so and offers a Try again button instead of staying on a loading screen.
