Released 5 October 2026. Back to the changelog. UCP patch notes.
Changes
New: Company owners can now build their own rank ladder from the Ranks tab in /company: add ranks such as Head Chef, Chef, Waiter and Trainee, rename them, set weekly pay and permissions for each, duplicate a rank as a starting point, delete ranks and drag or arrow them into order. The owner rank always stays at the top and a company can have up to 10 ranks.
New: Rank templates for restaurants and bars, mechanics, shops, security firms and general businesses. Add one rank from a template or every missing rank at once; nobody changes rank when you do. The panel suggests a template from your business.
New: Deleting a rank that people hold asks which rank they move to, and moves them in the same step. Every rank change (added, deleted, renamed, reordered, pay and permissions) shows in the Activity tab.
New: Partners: the owner can make a member a partner with the handshake button in the Members tab or /companypartner add. Partners co-own the company and manage ranks, members, pay and settings; only the owner can disband it, transfer it or buy licences. Partner changes are frozen while a dissolution case involving either of you is open.
New: The Members tab shows each member's rank, weekly pay and when they were last on duty. Change a rank from the dropdown on their row, or tick several members and move them all at once. You still cannot promote anyone to or above your own rank unless you are the owner or a partner.
New: Companies with only one or two ranks were topped up with a few general ranks (Manager, Supervisor, Employee) in the free spots of their ladder. Nobody's rank, name, pay or permissions changed. /companyrank gained list, add, remove, rename, move, perms, pay, copy and template.
