Overview
Roleplay Project runs two servers on the same map: the English server and the Balkan server. Most of this wiki applies to both. The big difference is where the city's everyday services are.
The English server runs its city services in Paleto Bay: new characters arrive on Paleto Boulevard, and the main car lot, the trucking depot, the pet shop and prescription collection are all in Paleto Bay.
The Balkan server keeps its city services in Los Santos, as they have always been.
The rest of Los Santos, Blaine County and the islands exist on both servers. When a guide describes a place that differs, it says which server it means, and this page collects all of those differences in one place.

Los Santos evacuation
The order followed the earthquake of 25 September. While it is in force on the English server:
Vehicles. Public garages inside Los Santos are closed and
/vwill not bring a vehicle out inside the city. Collect your car from a garage outside Los Santos instead.Flight tests from the Los Santos pads are refused.
Business duty. You cannot clock on at a business whose premises are inside Los Santos.
Logging in. Spawns inside Los Santos, such as your last location or a property there, are left out of the spawn picker, and when that happens the Paleto Bay Evacuation Centre is offered first. Characters held in jail or in custody are not moved.
Respawning. If the nearest hospital is in Los Santos, you wake up at Paleto Bay Medical Center instead.
Hunting. Hunting grounds inside Los Santos and the Los Santos pest control board are closed, apart from two cordon grounds; see Hunting.
Quiet streets. Ambient incidents do not happen inside the city.
Nothing else is switched off by the order: you can still drive into Los Santos, and its hospitals and NPC shops still work.
