Changes
New: Type /languages to see what your character speaks. Choose up to three languages besides your own, set how well you speak each one (basic, conversational, fluent or native), and pick the language you are speaking right now. Type /languages with a language name, like /languages spanish, to switch quickly.
New: When you talk in another language, people nearby see which language it is. Anyone who speaks it fluently understands every word, people who know a little catch some of them, and everyone else hears gibberish. On the Balkan server the everyday language is Bosnian.
New: New characters choose how well they speak their second language. Existing characters are asked once to check and confirm their languages. Only choose languages that fit your character, not just for fun.
