What it is
gov.roleplayproject.net is the in character website of the State of San Andreas. It carries the State's news and press releases, the list of agencies, public service jobs and the laws of San Andreas, and it has a handful of online services that read your character's real records: the Earthquake Support Payment, your government record, a licence check and the business register.
Anyone can read the site. For the services that are about you, press Sign in, log in with your Roleplay Project account and pick the character.
The Earthquake Support Payment
After the earthquake that struck Los Santos on the evening of 25 September 2026, the State pays a one-off $10,000 to every resident who was living in San Andreas when it struck. You do not need to apply. The payment is made automatically.
Question | Answer |
|---|---|
Who gets it | Every character created before 20:00 UK time (19:00 UTC) on 25 September 2026 |
Who does not | A character that is not active or has been character-killed, and any character on an account that is banned, locked or being deleted |
How much | $10,000, once per character |
Where it goes | Into the character's bank account, with a phone notification |
How it shows on your statement | "State of San Andreas: Earthquake Support Payment", with a reference that starts SAG-ESP |
What you need to do | Nothing. You do not need to be in Los Santos or Paleto Bay, or visit an office |
While automatic payments are running, the State checks for eligible characters every five minutes, so a character that becomes eligible (for example, an account that is unlocked) is picked up soon after.
To check, open Earthquake Support Payment at gov.roleplayproject.net/earthquake/support-payment, press Check your payment and sign in. It lists each of your characters and whether the payment has been made, is on its way, or the character is not eligible. If something looks wrong, use Contact the State and choose Earthquake Support Payment.

The rest of the site is information: the earthquake recovery pages, including a Los Santos status page that shows whether Los Santos is open and when the current closure order ends; press releases; the Office of the Governor; Agencies A to Z; Jobs in public service, which lists the agencies that are recruiting and how to apply to each; and the Laws of San Andreas, searchable by offence, code number or keyword.
On the English server, Los Santos itself is under an evacuation order at the moment. The status page on the portal is the in character notice; for what it means in the game, see Los Santos evacuation.
Worked example
Mia Novak played all summer and made a second character, Leo, on 27 September.
She opens gov.roleplayproject.net/earthquake/support-payment and presses Check your payment.
She signs in with her Roleplay Project account. The page lists both characters.
Mia, created in July, shows the payment made, with a SAG-ESP reference. Leo, created after 20:00 UK time on 25 September, is not eligible.
In game, playing Mia, she types /statement and sees the $10,000 listed as "State of San Andreas: Earthquake Support Payment".
What you see: $10,000 in Mia's bank, nothing for Leo, and no form to fill in for either.
