Patch 2.147.0: 24/7 stores: run a real convenience store

24/7 stores: run a real convenience store (11 October 2026).

Released 11 October 2026. Back to the changelog. UCP patch notes.

Changes

  • New: Owners and managers get a store panel: takings for the last 14 days with cost of goods, profit after stock and wages, margins, busiest hours, where sales come from, best sellers and a list of what needs attention. Open it at the staff clock inside your 24/7 or from the 24/7 section of the Interactions wheel.

  • New: Stock now has shelves and a stock room. Order cases from the Wholesale Depot in Sandy Shores on the Orders tab and follow each delivery from the depot to your back door on a map. Deliveries wait at the door until a member of staff signs them in, or the driver signs for them after 45 minutes. You can haul an order yourself or cancel it while no driver has picked it up.

  • New: Set a price for every item between 70% and 160% of the list price, or a store-wide price level, run deals of 5% to 50% for up to 14 days and choose how many loyalty points members earn.

  • New: Hire staff by sending a job offer to someone standing with you: trainee, clerk, supervisor or manager, each with their own hourly wage. Plan the week on the rota. Staff clock in at the staff clock and are paid from the store when they clock out.

  • New: Shift jobs with short minigames: restock shelves from the stock room, mop up spills, sign in deliveries against the delivery note and cash up the till. Each job puts a marker on the floor where it needs doing.

  • New: A proper staffed till. Customers press Call staff in the shop and join the queue, and walk-in customers come in while someone is working. Stand behind the till, scan each item (key in the code when a barcode will not scan) and the customer gets the bill on their screen with a receipt. Unpaid pump tickets from the linked fuel station are added to the bill.

  • New: Opening hours and an OPEN or CLOSED sign over the door. Cleanliness drops as the store trades and a dirty store gets fewer walk-ins. Cash payments wait in the till until someone cashes up. Armed hold-ups at the till trip a silent alarm and need police on duty.

  • New: Staff get a 24/7 panel (/storeadmin) to change owners, list stores for sale, reset prices, staff, hours or cleanliness, end shifts, sign in stuck deliveries and read each store's audit log. The staff clock, till, shelves and stock room of every 24/7 can be moved in the World Editor. State-run stores work as before.
