Released 13 October 2026. Back to the changelog. UCP patch notes.
Changes
New: Phone in the RPP Launcher: use your character's iFruit from the launcher while they are not in the city. Calls to their number ring in the launcher, and you answer and talk by typing (with /me and /do) while the other person talks in the city. Texts, group chats, contacts, call history, voicemail and notes are the same as on the in-game phone, behind the same passcode. It only works with a phone your character owns and carries, and not while they are in jail, in custody or unconscious. When you join the city, the in-game phone takes over.
New: Weazel adverts placed from the launcher phone follow the same rules, prices and limits as /ads and are paid from the character's bank. 911 calls from the launcher reach dispatch with the phone's last known location.
New: Private messages, texts, group messages, calls, staff messages and report replies now reach the RPP Launcher, which shows a Windows notification while you are tabbed out of the game. Staff also get one when someone mentions them in staff chat.
New: Sign-in approvals: when you sign in with your password in game and the new-device check or your second step comes up, the sign-in screen can send it to the RPP Launcher on your PC (turn it on in the launcher under Settings, Sign-in approvals). Pick the number the sign-in screen shows and you are in. A wrong number or a denial blocks the request. The e-mail link and your authenticator code still work, and auto-login is never sent to the launcher.
New: Showroom in the RPP Launcher: browse the dealership's factory catalogue, pick factory colours and order a car with a character's bank balance. When it is ready, collect it at the dealership in game or have it parked at a public garage with its keys. An order cancelled while it is being built refunds half. Factory orders cannot be financed, the same as at the dealership.
New: Vehicles in the RPP Launcher: see where each car is, its condition, insurance, finance, key holders and logbook. Buy or renew insurance, clear finance arrears, pay a loan off early or settle it from the bank, have a car towed to a public garage for a fee, and lend keys to someone in your phone contacts or take them back.
New: Workshop bookings: plan a build in the launcher (engine, brakes, suspension, wheels, paint, body parts and more, with prices from the game) and book it at a player workshop. Mechanics se
