Changelog

The 40 newest patches, straight from the game's patch notes.

What changed in the city, newest first, taken from the game's own patch notes. The full history lives on the UCP patch notes page.

2.158.0: Staff: drive-to-build bus route creator

12 October 2026. Open this entry

  • New: Staff: bus routes are now built by driving them. Open /buscreator (Senior Admin and up, or a transit manager) or the bus staff panel, choose Drive a new route or Drive and edit, set the name, number, colour, service and region, and a bus is spawned at the depot bay or where you stand. The path you drive is recorded and drawn on the minimap.

  • New: Staff: pull up at the kerb and press J to place a stop. The form suggests names from the street, the area and nearby stops, lets you reuse an existing stop within 30 m, and sets the stop type (normal, timing point or terminus), dwell time, shelter board and how busy it is. Backspace undoes the last stop and N opens the menu to rename, reorder, delete or re-place stops by driving to them.

  • New: Staff: Test drive plays the route like a driver would, with GPS to each stop, doors, dwell and timing against the estimate, and flags stops that were missed, unreachable, slow to reach or approached facing the wrong way. Checks also flag stops too close together, off the road, on the wrong side, away from the path or out of order.

  • New: Staff: saving needs at least 3 stops, a terminus at each end and no repeated stop names, then the route goes live straight away for the desk, timetables, boards and passengers. Every save keeps a version, and the Versions list in the staff panel restores an older one. Drafts are kept if you exit, disconnect or the server reloads, and Resume picks them up with a fresh bus.

  • Balance: Bus drivers must stop at timing points, and leaving one early now counts as early. Timetables use the recorded road distance and each stop's own dwell time, and stops can be set without a departures board.

2.157.0: Staff levels and leave move to the Phytoventures Partner Portal

12 October 2026. Open this entry

  • New: Staff: promotions, demotions, removals and suspensions are now done only on the Phytoventures Partner Portal (phytoventures.net/portal). The rank buttons and Add staff in /amanager are gone; the staff list, overview and departments stay. Your own level loads and works as before.

  • New: Staff: leave of absence is declared on the portal (phytoventures.net/portal/leave), with 30 days every 6 months applied automatically. /loa in game and in Discord now points you there.

  • New: Staff: a level change or suspension made on the portal applies in game straight away. A suspension takes you off duty, closes any open admin panels and tells you to contact management through the portal; your access comes back automatically when it ends.

  • New: Balkan: /settings has a News and event emails switch under Privacy. Switch it on and we email you a link to confirm; the emails start only once you press it. Switch it off at any time, and unsubscribing from any email also turns it off.

2.156.0: Fleeca bankers go to work, and elections get polling stations and a secret ballot

11 October 2026. Open this entry

  • New: Fleeca bankers now have a proper job. Clock on at a banker desk in Paleto Bay, Route 68 or Blaine County Savings and the workstation shows the branch queue, your current customer, lending, your performance and, for managers, sign-offs, fraud alerts and the team on duty.

  • New: Customers take a numbered ticket at the kiosk by the door and choose what they need: counter, accounts, cards, loans, business or support. Your number is called on screen and by text, the GPS guides you to the right desk, and you can rate your visit afterwards. When the bank is quiet, walk-in customers keep bankers busy, and some of them bring a fake or expired ID.

  • New: At the counter the banker checks your ID first, then can pay cash in or out, open and close accounts, issue or replace cards, reset a card PIN, set up standing orders, print statements and open business accounts for companies you own. You confirm every request on your own screen, and you type a new PIN yourself so the banker never sees it.

  • New: Personal loans and arranged overdrafts are underwritten from your credit score, your income over the last four weeks, your existing debt and how affordable the repayments are. Bankers can approve up to their grade limit and anything larger goes to a manager for sign-off. Offers can be accepted at the counter or at any Fleeca kiosk within 48 hours.

  • Balance: Bankers earn commission from the bank for customers served, accounts opened, cards and business accounts, with an hourly cap. Loan commission is paid once the borrower has made two full repayments, and is cancelled if the loan defaults. Bankers cannot serve themselves or accounts linked to them.

  • New: Fraud alerts: large or repeated cash at the counter, locked cards and borrowers linked to a defaulted loan raise alerts automatically, and bankers can flag a customer or freeze an account pending review. Managers clear or confirm alerts, and staff have a banker panel with the audit log, alerts, applications, tickets and pay settings.

  • New: Elections have a full timeline: the government or staff schedule an election for an office, or a referendum, and it moves through nominations, campaign, voting, counting and a 24 hour challenge window before the result is certified and the winner is sworn in with the office rank.

  • New: Run for office from the Election Commission panel or the new Vote app: write a slog

2.155.0: Grow your own: cannabis growing, dosing, overdoses and recovery

11 October 2026. Open this entry

  • New: Cannabis growing is rebuilt. Set a grow tent up in a property you can furnish, or plant out in a wild plot in the Blaine County and Paleto hills (nine plot areas with different soil, foot traffic and cover; the grow panel's guide shows them on the map with a GPS button). Use a seed or clone from your inventory to plant, and press E at a tent or a wild plant to open the grow panel.

  • New: Plants grow through seedling, growing, flowering and ready (about two and a half hours in a tent, longer outdoors, slower in winter) and you can watch them change in the world and in the panel. Keep water and nutrients in the green band: too dry wilts, too wet rots the roots, too much feed burns. Pests, bud mould, heat, cold, deer and rabbits all cause problems, each with a fix in the panel. Health and care during flowering decide quality, potency and yield.

  • New: Genetics: every seed rolls its own plant within its strain's range, a rooted cutting keeps its mother's genes exactly, and pollinating a flowering plant with another drops seeds of the new cross at harvest. Strain cards show THC, yield, speed, resistance and hardiness, and the breeding preview shows the range the seeds can land in.

  • New: Tents take an LED light (more and stronger buds, less power), a carbon filter (cuts the smell and stops mould) and a drip kit (waters from a reservoir). Grow lights use electricity, which is added to the property's electricity bill. Every plant has a grow diary. Harvests go into the existing trim, dry and cure workbench, which the panel opens for you.

  • New: Risk: flowering plants smell, and police walking past a smelly tent's front door or a wild plot get a cue. Hikers can call a wild plot in. Anyone who finds your plants can strip them, but it is slow, they lose some of it, you are told, and they may be reported. Police can seize single plants or a whole tent into an evidence bag, and suspected grows appear on the MDC narcotics list.

  • New: Using drugs now shows a dose card first: purity, your tolerance, how hard each amount will hit and how close it puts you to an overdose, plus how long it lasts and what it does. A second dose within fifteen minutes stacks on the first. Each drug now plays out on screen with its own look, walk and pace, building up, peaking and wearing off, with a comedown for stimulants and opioids. Reduce screen effects in Settings turns

2.154.0: Car finance and car hire, rebuilt

11 October 2026. Open this entry

  • New: Financing a car is now a proper deal screen at the dealership. Slide your deposit, pick weekly or monthly repayments and a term, and see your APR, payment, total interest and total cost straight away, with a chart of the whole schedule. Your rate comes from your credit score, the nearest Fleeca branch, the term and how much you put down. An affordability check compares the payment with your income over the last 30 days and your savings.

  • New: You read and sign a finance agreement before paying the deposit by cash, card or bank. Your copy is emailed to you and stays viewable in your bank. Repayments are collected automatically from the bank account you choose, with a text two days before each one and a warning if the account is short.

  • New: My finance is a new Vehicle finance tab in your bank (also opened with /loans). See every agreement with a progress bar, the next payment, your statement and the remaining schedule. Overpay any amount and see the interest you save, settle early with an exact settlement figure, refinance at today's rate once you have made three payments, change the paying account, or reopen the signed agreement.

  • Balance: Missed payments now go into arrears with a late fee ($25 or 5% of the payment) and a credit score hit, and Fleeca retries the collection every six hours. After 7 days in arrears you get a default notice by text and email. After 14 days the car is put on the recovery board. Pay the arrears at any point and everything stops.

  • New: Recovery jobs for mechanics and on duty staff: open the recovery board at the Fleeca recovery yard in Sandy Shores or with /repojobs, claim a job and follow the GPS to the car. You can unlock and drive it or tow it. Park it in the yard to earn the recovery fee. Cars left in a garage are seized straight from storage, and cars nobody recovers within 48 hours are seized remotely.

  • Balance: A repossessed car can be reinstated from My finance by paying the arrears, fees, recovery fee and storage, or settled in full. After 7 days it is sold at auction, any surplus is paid back to you and the rest is written off. Financed cars can no longer be sold, listed or traded until the agreement is settled.

  • New: Car hire desks are now Northern Car Hire agencies with a 23-vehicle fleet shown as pictures: economy cars, saloons, SUVs, pickups, vans, premium saloons, bikes and box trucks for compani

2.153.0: Evidence and forensics rebuilt: scene kit, sealed bags, lockers and the crime lab

12 October 2026. Open this entry

  • New: One Forensics panel for police: open it with F5 (change it in Keybinds), from the new Forensics section of the Interactions wheel, by using a forensics kit or an evidence bag, or by pressing E at an evidence locker or the crime lab. The old commands still work as shortcuts.

  • New: Scene kit: a live radar shows every trace around you with its distance, age, quality and how weather has treated it: cartridge cases, blood, glass fragments, tyre impressions, dropped firearms, vehicles and doors with prints. Search area lights them up on the ground for two minutes. Collect straight into a labelled bag with one click.

  • New: New evidence from real play: windows smashed on parked cars leave glass and sometimes the burglar's blood, crashes leave tyre marks and windscreen glass, and opening or locking a managed door leaves fingerprints. Rain degrades blood, tyre marks, exterior prints and prints on casings, and washes the worst away.

  • New: Works with crime scenes: collecting inside a scene places a numbered marker on the trace and logs it. A forensic camera takes real photos of the scene, records what was in frame and where you stood, and the case gets a drawn scene sketch with markers, measurements between markers and camera positions.

  • New: Evidence bags are now real exhibits: a label with code, case and officer, a numbered tamper seal, and a full chain of custody on the bag showing who held it, when and where. Hand a bag to another officer from the panel. Cutting a seal outside the lab, taking something out of a sealed bag or a bag turning up with someone unexpected flags it for court.

  • New: Evidence lockers at Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores (staff can move or add more in the World Editor): check sealed bags in, see the locker by case, sign bags out for the lab, court, review or release with a reason, send them to the lab by courier, and read the locker register. Seized property storage moved here too.

  • New: Crime lab: hand bags in at the counter and a forensic tech runs them with a live countdown. Ballistics shows the striations side by side against a test-fire, DNA shows the profile against the one on file, and there are new glass and tyre examinations. Projectiles can be recovered at the morgue. Results go straight onto the MDC case, and the bag is resealed and returned to a locker.

  • New: Case board: everything forensics holds on a case

2.151.0: Faction hub: duty, roster, fleet, uniforms and bank in one place

11 October 2026. Open this entry

  • New: The faction panel is now the Faction hub. Open it with F7 (change it in Settings, Keybinds) or from the Faction ring on the interactions wheel. It brings duty, the roster, ranks, the fleet, uniforms and the bank together, with live counts of who is online and on duty, an activity chart and your announcements on the front page.

  • New: Duty: sign on at the duty lockers marked on the floor at each station (the hub sets your GPS to the nearest one) and sign off from anywhere. Every shift goes on your timesheet with how it ended, you get a 14 day chart, your weekly hours against the paycheque target and a preview of your next paycheque. Leadership can sign members off and set callsigns, and choose an away limit and a longest shift after which people are signed off automatically.

  • New: Fleet: every faction vehicle with its picture, condition, fuel, mileage and who has it. Check vehicles out at your faction garage into a free bay and drive them back to check them in (press E in the garage). Leadership can lock vehicles to a rank or a member, pick the livery and extras, pay for a service from the faction bank, recover vehicles left out, and set how many vehicles each member may have out. Every check-out, service and note goes in the maintenance log.

  • New: Uniforms: rank uniforms with a picture of every piece, a try-on view, and your own locker of up to 30 saved outfits you can give to other members. Change at a duty locker while on duty. Leadership saves new uniforms straight from what they are wearing, badges and decals included.

  • New: Bank: balance and a 30 day money in, money out and balance chart, a ledger you can filter by member, account, date and text and copy as CSV, monthly budgets for payroll, payments and withdrawals, and a second signature for large withdrawals. Leadership can run a faction payroll by rank, by hours on duty or the same for everyone, with approval for big runs.

  • New: Ranks: a permissions matrix to switch permissions for every rank at a glance, rank colours, and three new permissions: manage duty, manage the fleet and manage uniforms. Ranks that could promote before keep all three. The roster has promote and demote buttons, callsigns and activity scores.

  • New: Staff get a faction staff desk to inspect any faction and fix ranks, members, duty, vehicles, hub rules, announcements and the bank. Every change asks for a

2.150.0: Police pursuits, roadblocks and crime scenes rebuilt

11 October 2026. Open this entry

  • New: Scene command: one police panel for pursuits, roadblocks and crime scenes. Open it with F11 (change it in Keybinds) or from the new Police section of the Interactions wheel. No commands needed, the old ones still work as shortcuts.

  • New: Pursuits now follow the suspect, not the officer. Declare from the wheel or the panel, aim at the car and confirm. The plate runs through ALPR, a TAC channel and a CAD call open, and the radio calls out the suspect direction, street and speed from whichever unit can see them. Switching cars or bailing out on foot is followed too.

  • New: A live pursuit board and HUD for every unit: suspect car and plate with ALPR flags, speed, direction, a map with a fading trail, units with primary, secondary, air and spike team roles, a risk meter and tactic lamps for PIT, boxing, spikes and rolling roadblocks. The primary or a supervisor can send units to set up a roadblock or spikes ahead, and they get a GPS route and a marker on the ground.

  • Balance: Pursuits end on their own after 90 seconds with nobody seeing the suspect, or after two minutes at extreme risk unless a supervisor authorises them. PIT and boxing need a supervisor when one is on duty. Every contact with the suspect car is logged and unauthorised ones are flagged for review. When a pursuit ends a report with the timeline and a map is drafted in the MDC.

  • New: Suspects see a police pursuit bar with stars and a timer while they are being chased, and are told when officers lose sight of them.

  • New: Roadblocks: pick a layout (full closure, police roadblock, lane closures, checkpoint, spike point, collision scene) or a single item from pictures, then place it with a see-through preview that snaps to the road and turns with the mouse wheel. New items: lit cones, road closed barriers, road works signs, detour arrow boards, floodlights and light towers that really light the road. Save your own layouts.

  • New: Roadblocks can slow or stop local traffic, show as a road closure on everyone's map, appear on the map for other units, and take themselves down after 30 minutes unless extended. Officers can throw a spike strip from the boot of their car; it comes up after four minutes or when the pursuit ends.

  • New: Crime scenes: open a scene with a perimeter, string police or caution tape post by post, drop numbered evidence markers with notes, set up floodlights, li

2.149.0: Blaine County Transit: the bus job, rebuilt and based in Paleto Bay

11 October 2026. Open this entry

  • Content: The bus depot has moved from Los Santos to the Paleto Bay Transit Centre on the Great Ocean Highway. Six lines run out of Paleto: the Paleto Town Loop, the Grapeseed Line, the Sandy Shores Line, the A5 Airfield Shuttle, the X4 Blaine Coastal Express to Harmony and Route 68, and the T6 Chiliad Scenic Tour. The old Los Santos route is out of service but kept on record.

  • New: A new depot desk: pick a route and a bus, see the route on a map with its stops, the timetable and the next departures, your level and what it unlocks, a seven-day earnings chart and your recent runs. No commands needed.

  • New: Every line has a timetable. A driver HUD shows the destination sign, the next stop and distance, a gauge for running early or late, passengers on board, earnings so far, a smooth driving score and a live route map. The GPS and a ground marker take you to every stop. Stop at the marker and the doors open; press J to close them and depart. Kneel the bus and put the ramp down for passengers who need it.

  • New: Locals wait at the stops, get on, pay their fare, chat and get off where they are going. Watch for fare dodgers, rowdy riders, wheelchair users who need the ramp, lost property to hand in at the depot and roadworks that close a stop.

  • Balance: Drivers are paid per stop served, a bonus per route, extra for every stop on time and for smooth driving, a share of fares, tips, a level bonus and a rush hour bonus, straight to the bank with a payslip. There is an hourly cap, and shift bonuses after three and five routes.

  • New: Ten driver levels unlock the Airport Bus, the Dashound Coach, the Tour Bus and the longer lines. New daily tasks and achievements for drivers and riders, and completed routes give Standing XP.

  • New: Anyone can ride. A passenger display shows the next stop and arrival times; pay your fare through the payment window, or carry a bus ticket or a day or week pass and it is scanned when you board. Press J to ring the bell. Stand at any bus stop to see the next buses, and the new Transit app on your phone shows live buses on a map, arrivals at the stops near you and sells tickets and passes.

  • New: Staff get a transit panel: live buses on a map with their timetable delay, a route editor (stops placed where you stand, colours, fares, frequency, required level), review of player route submissions, test drives, pay and fare settings an

2.148.0: Business tills: ring it up, send the bill, get a receipt

11 October 2026. Open this entry

  • New: Every player business now has a proper till. Staff on duty open it at a till point (or anywhere inside a property business, or from the Business section of the Interactions wheel), tap items from a picture menu grouped into categories, set quantities, options like oat milk or an extra shot, notes and discounts, then pick who is paying and send the bill. No more cash handed over by hand: every sale is recorded.

  • New: Customers get the bill on their own screen: every item with its picture, sales tax, a tip (10, 15, 20% or your own amount) and a Pay button that takes cash, card with PIN, bank or your company account. Bills can be split between up to six people, each paying their share. Goods are handed over when the bill is paid, and an itemised receipt goes into your pockets and the new Receipts list in the Wallet app.

  • New: Bars and restaurants can run tabs (serve now, bill later, split the bill at the end) and send kitchen and bar items to an order screen with New, Preparing and Ready columns and timers. Customers get a text when their order is ready and staff hand it over from the screen.

  • New: Owners and managers get a back office: a menu editor with pictures, categories, prices, margins, options and stock linking (or services with no stock, like labour and call-outs), sales history with receipts and refunds, a dashboard with takings by day and hour, best sellers, how people paid and a staff leaderboard, and Close the day for an end of day Z report.

  • New: Till settings for owners: tips straight to the cashier or into a tip jar shared between the staff, sales commission for cashiers (up to 20%), discount limits for staff and managers, which ranks count as managers, the order screen on or off and a message printed on every receipt. Refunds and write-offs need a manager, and every change is logged.

  • Balance: Sales tax is now charged on till sales at the State rate and paid straight to the State. Refunds come out of the company account and do not include sales tax.

  • New: Staff get a till staff panel (also from the till sidebar) with flags for sales that look like money laundering: staff or their other characters paying their own business, large cash payments, repeated large payments, unusual refunds and very large discounts. Admins can review flags and Senior Admins can reverse a sale.
